Peanut Butter Bars for Two


Ingredients:


• ¼ cup natural creamy peanut butter
• 1 tablespoon maple syrup
• 2 tablespoons coconut flour
• ¼ cup chocolate chips
• 1 tablespoon peanut butter (for topping)

Directions:

  1. Line a mini loaf pan or small rectangular container with parchment or wax paper
  2. In a small bowl, mix ¼ cup peanut butter, maple syrup, and coconut flour until a thick dough forms
  3. Press the peanut butter mixture evenly into the prepared pan
  4. In a separate bowl, melt chocolate chips and 1 tablespoon peanut butter together until smooth
  5. Pour the chocolate mixture over the peanut butter layer and smooth the top
  6. Freeze until firm, about 30 minutes
  7. Once set, remove from the pan and slice into two bars using a sharp knife
